This article is also the 10th. This time is the production of sissy bar. The “Purple Rain” motorcycle sissy bar has an orthodox shape.
I searched for something that can be attached to CM400, but I couldn’t find it, so I modified the current sissy bar and made it.
Cut the purchased iron bar and make it.
decided on this form.
Fix with gas burner and flux.
Cannot be fixed.
Failure. I was in trouble, so I consulted my grandfather who was a welder.
My grandfather has a welder, so I let him use it.
Fix and weld the sissy bar.
I tried it too. It was difficult because it was my first time.
I had my grandfather finish it.
It is welded so it is durable.
Scrape and finish.
I will also remake the stay part of the sissy bar.
It is made by welding steel plates.
It is the back view of the burly grandfather.
Hole for fixing the backrest.
I managed to shape it. It took 2 days.
In the future, we plan to adjust the attachment to the car body and send it to a plating company.
