I’m having trouble making a sheet. It’s my first initiative, and I’m making progress little by little while looking for ways to do it.
Fix the carbon pipe backrest made last time to the seat base.
Many layers of FRP are layered and hardened.
Paste FRP on the back for reinforcement. Originally, it would be better to make the backrest from an iron plate, but I made it from FRP because it does not fit two people and it has a sissy bar.
I covered the backrest with an acrylic plate. Secure with laundry clips.
I bought a sponge on Amazon.
Cut out the shape of the backrest
I’m not sure if it will look good.
The weeping cherry blossoms in the garden was in full bloom. The beautiful cherry blossoms will soothe your heart.
Scrub the sponge with a special tool.
Apply putty to smooth out unevenness.
Apply anti-corrosion paint to the metal of the seat base.
Cut and scrub the sponge.
It was difficult, but I managed to make it.
Since the sheet is thin, put another sponge layer on top of it.
I cut off the protruding part.
It seems to be a special motorcycle.
Adjusted the height of the backrest.
That’s all for today. In the future, we will make the shape of the seat even more beautiful.
