Last time I made a sissy bar and cowling stay. I installed a spacer because there was a gap between the sissy bar stay and the main body.

Fits without gaps. The sissy bar fitting is now complete. After that, just send it to the plating shop.

Cut the excess part of the cowl stay to give a sharp impression.

Install headlights. Ported from the conventional cowling.

The shape of the light stay differs depending on the type of “Windjammer”. The “Windjammer 4” that I used before is better made.

Compare cowls. Unique shape.

This is the inside of “Windjammer 4”. There is an optical axis adjustment screw in the upper center. This is very convenient. Equipped with a cigar socket in the lower left. Overall thick and heavy.

This is the inside of the “Windjammer 2” that I’m making this time. It looks simpler than “Windjammer 4”. The cigar socket hole is on the upper left. Also, since the overall thickness is thin, I reinforced it with FRP.

“Windjammer 4” has sharp corners. The blinker is built in the upper part of the cowling, giving the impression that there is a lot of information.

“Windjammer 2” with rounded corners after remodeling. At first it was pointed like “Windjammer 4”, but I changed the shape to make it closer to “Purple Rain”. Simple because there is no blinker.

I did a lighting test of the headlight and blinker wiring. Even if you change to a new cowling, it seems to be able to light properly.

The blinker is from CB750 (old car).

I tried to attach the “Windjammer 2” blinker stay to this CB750 blinker, but it cannot be attached because the inner diameter is different.

Therefore, I transplanted the base of another blinker that was attached when I purchased the CB750 blinker.

It is a motorcycle of that “Purple Rain” when you attach a blinker. The remaining work is pasting the plated molding around the cowling.
